1. Eligibility for Refund:

No Refunds on Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (PDFs), we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been accessed. This is because digital products can be easily duplicated and retained after download.

Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered in the case of an error with the file (e.g., corrupted files, missing pages, or incorrect downloads). If you encounter such issues, please contact our support team immediately.

 2. How To Request For a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined above, please follow these steps:

a. Your full name
b. Order number
c. Detailed description of the issue (e.g., corrupted file, missing pages, etc.)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
a. The product has been downloaded or accessed fully.
b. You changed your mind about the purchase.
c. You mistakenly purchased a product but do not wish to use it.

4. Processing Refunds
